In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Trader Trove.

All sale items are for instock items only not special orders or stock that needs to be ordered in.

Pre-orders

All pre order lead times quoted on our website are approximate dates only and we are not responsible for any delays which are out of our hands.

Cancelling a pre order:

Pre orders are made to order, all sales are final and can not be refunded or exchanged.

This is due to limited stock availability and the product's potential to sell out. as well as the space it is booked in that takes up inside a container.

We advise checking all measurements before placing an order to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that custom-made orders are non-cancellable.

To cancel a pre-order, kindly contact our team via email at orders@tradertrove.com.au We understand that circumstances can change, and we will work to assist you in any way possible.

Please note that if you cancel an order after it has been shipped, shipping charges will apply as this process is handled by a third-party.

PRE ORDER DISCOUNT- is not to be used with any other discount codes, it is up to 30% off any additional codes have been locked but in the event it does work you wioll be asked to make up the difference as you may only have one Discount at a time.

Pre Order Refund

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Once your order is confirmed, meaning you have either paid in full or made your first lay-by instalment, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If you cancel your order you agree to the following:

(a) In the case of a stocked item product, you will be refunded in full for the value of the product less a 20% restocking fee to cover Trader Troves administrative costs and expenses incurred in handling and cancelling the order.

(b) In the case of a pre-order or customised order, you will forfeit 25% of the full value of the product.

Pre-order items

- Most of our rattan and teak products are hand made in Indonesia to strict quality standards. Some of our household goods are made in Australia and elsewhere. We have chosen each piece with care and they reflect items we believe people will love as much as we do.
- For items that are not in stock the delivery time varies from 3 – 4 months from receipt of order (often much quicker than this). This includes at least 7/8 weeks of production, preparation of load and loading, 8/10 days sailing to Brisbane, unloading and customs clearance and delivery to us at warehouse. We know you will love your pieces but we want to be upfront with the realities in the modern word. For example, choosing a new car can involve a 6-8 to eight month wait. This means when you receive your piece it has been made in the last few months and not left languishing in a dusty storage, has been delivered to you in a safe way at the best price we can arrange.

Pre-Orders delivery time

Pre Orders may arrive later than expected as many variables are at play. If you have placed a pre-order this means we have allocated space in our container for your wares and have left space out for any other orders we may need. Refunds will only be processed if the item is faulty or damaged not for change of mind. All deposits are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a gift card.
