If you want to arrange your own Courier we are more than happy to help a $45 handling fee is applicable for these instances if packing of the item is required.

- Our pods are vacuum-packed for shipping. Once opened, they cannot be returned due to their expanded size and weight.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the pod to fully expand.
- All of our sizes and weights are approximate.
- Foam is a synthetic product that may have a slight odor when first opened, known as off-gassing. This is normal and will fade over time.
- To comply with Australian Law, the outside zipper pull is removed and can be opened with a paperclip.
- As this is a larger, bulky item, return eligibility may differ. We recommend reviewing our Returns Policy before placing your order.
- We recommend guiding the fabric away with your fingers while zipping, as the extra long pile of this luxury cover can easily catch in the zipper mechanism.
